Our original model for delivering Restorative Practices school/district wide that allows for the systematic and systemic paradigm shift integrating restorative tools to address the entire continuum of tiered support from prevention to intervention.

Implementation team support for PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT within SCHOOLS AND DISTRICTS

The hybrid/blended learning platform employs a combination of independent learning through the online course as well as in person professional development at key times. This approach has proven to be an effective and strategic way to create a strong foundation with an implementation team. The modules are in alignment with the Restorative Continuum and focus on prevention to early intervention. Additionally, this approach is coupled with monthly learning calls with our lead associates so that the content can be discussed at a meaningful level.

Self-paced

This online learning platform for Restorative Practices is designed to support school staff individually or in small groups and establishes a foundational understanding of achieving and sustaining equity through Restorative Practices. The modules are scaffolded in alignment with the continuum and are focused on prevention. Our content is created by educators and for educators with equity at the forefront. The platform provides a space to learn, reflect and collaborate with interactive activities and relevant videos and practical resources.

Student Leadership

Students are trained to facilitate Restorative Practices. Student Leaders act as a resource for staff aswell as students, mediate low-level peer:peer conflict, and serve as advisors in the establishment of a Restorative Culture.

Our trainings aim to cultivate inclusion, embrace diversity and promote alliances. While equity work is often challenging and uncomfortable, it is imperative to setting the stage for a sustainable restorative culture.
