DESCRIPTION:

ReSolutionaries, Inc. is on the front line of bringing Restorative Practices and Equity to schools and youth-serving organizations. Our approach is equity driven, solves problems at their roots, enhances cognitive capacity, builds positive relationships (instead of casting children out), and teaches valuable conflict resolution skills.

This is a part-time telecommuting internship that is to span several months and will give an insight into:

 -how to effectively implement restorative practices and

-how to integrate key skills required to lead efforts around social justice, equity, diversity and inclusion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Virtual Meeting Management

-Manage Zoom meetings that are held with e-course participants

-Run polls, breakout rooms, and additional features

Content Development Support

-Slide deck modifications (Google Slides)

-Marketing asset creation

Data Collection and Entry

-Collect participant data and manage data entry once a week (Google Sheets)

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Familiarity with Zoom Platform and different room management functions

-Ability to navigate and create Google Slide presentations

-Understanding of Google Suite (sheets, forms, docs, drawing, drive, etc).

-Interest in social justice/restorative practices

-Strong written and communication skills

SCHEDULE/HOURS: 

Exact times TBD (Contingent on scheduling of coaching calls)

4 hours every other week for 5 months = 40 hours

12 additional hours per month for 5 months = 60 hours

TOTAL= 100 hours total
